No doubt the easiest way to get insurance quotes is on the web.
Why would you waste your time on the phone calling around?
the last time i needed quotes on insurance i used one of these comparison sites and it was great.
this is the site i used and it was quick like less than 5 mins.
The last thing I want to do is listen to elevator music while waiting for a salesman.
Anyway I got good quotes and ended up saving money so I was happy.
So shop around and compare quotes which is easy on the net.

No, they aren’t all the same.

If you don’t have ALL the numbers, it’s not the end of the world. If you registered the item, you can contact Kodak, and they should be able to provide you with this number.

What car253 said. Let your insurance company know and if you only have liability you’re stuck going through his insurance company for the repairs.

You should call your company so they know what is going on.

But if you only have liability then you need to call his insurance company to get them to pay for your damages.

A few things:

1. HIPPA prevents the ambulance or hospital from releasing your information, but the DA can subpoena them.

2. If the cops didn’t submit it as a drunk driving accident, your insurance company may not push the issue.

3 Something did happen, a report was filed,

4 no matter who tries to get the report, they will be reminded of it. they probably won’t release it to anyone but you and your insurance company.

It is likely that they are waiting fr the test results to come back. If you only had a couple of drinks you should have nothing to worry about.

“CA-Agent” and “ag” are both correct. You have done every thing you should have. As stated, just inform your insurance of the incident, and don’t worry about it.

California law requires drivers to carry proof of insurance in their vehicle, so most likely the other party was uninsured (the unwillingness to call the police is a clue), and you may never hear from them again.

California law states that at the time of an traffic collision both of you are required to exchange info unless unable to do so such as injury. The fact that the other person has insurance or not will not affect you. as long as you have insurance.
A police report would not help you in this matter (they would not take one anyway unless here was serious injury or property damage)
You just need to contact your insurance company and let them know what happened. Your Insurance company should do the rest. Good Luck
